We enjoyed the following activities...
- Building igloos using sugar cubes.
- Balancing Polar Bears on polystyrene 'icebergs', and seeing how many we could keep afloat.
- Using playdough to make icicles/snowmen/snowflakes etc.
- Painting very detailed snowy pictures using white paint on black paper.
- Getting wrapped up in warm clothes and going in our role-play igloo to sing songs.
- Observing ice melting to reveal hidden treasures!
- Using our cutting and sticking skills to make penguin pictures.
